Best CC players

I'm gonna have to say looking at the couple top ranking players Master Fenrir I think is the best, he plays mainly team games, and not against noobs from what I see. He doesn't try freestyle games where you can easily win if the other team doesn't know what to do. Plus I've played with him before, and his strategy (and comedy) are absolutely astounding.

Interesting. I must say laddida is a top of the pile sequential team player. Only weakness is fear of the dark.

Laddi is a great player.

I would throw Laughingcavalier into this, he is a great player. I have a few others on my list, but he is definitely one who deserves some consideration.

MF and TheCrown are great players, I've had the privilege of playing several games with and against them, respectively. I also think my dear doubles partner ViperOverLord and my chum Highlander Attack are especially good players.

However, i think TheCrown is certainly by far one of the top players. VOL is also quite good, although I've only played him a few times.

We've had this thread before, haven't we? I always know I'll face a tough challenge when facing a team from THOTA, TSM, IA, EMPIRE, or KORT.

josko.ri is a beast in team games, and having played with MF a lot, he's every bit as good as advertised.

Im particularly proud of sharing a ship with some of the most outstanding escalating teamplayers on the site, most teams will get a run for the money playing the brethren escalating..

There will never be a best player on cc...simply put there are too many different maps and settings. Sure some of them are more respected than others but that does not lower the skill level needed to excel at others. Anyway my 2 cents enjoy mentioning some of the great cc players but i think it becomes very hard to differentiate the top 10 or so

Hysterical. I've always thought the 4 best players on this site are (in no particular order): Chariot of Fire, Bruceswar, Blitzaholic, & danryan. When any of these guys are alive in a team game you cannot make an incorrect move. They will make you pay every time.

When I want to find the best players, I look at the C&A reports and find out who is being accused of sitting abuse in a clan war! I mean, I wish people thought I was good enough to complain when I sit for other players

Blitz was good no doubt...the greatest? I don't know. I don't fear to play him in a team game. Unlike some of the other names here.

There is a reason that guys like Cof and josko had c&a reports about them for sitting and it wasnt entirely petty arguments. No one wants them more than allowed

The closest to an official best player is the conqueror. And seeing how King_Herpes has reached the most points as conqueror I think most of us lean towards ignoring the overall scoreboard. Medals says something but far from everything. Number of games played also says something, maps played on as well. But still the title "best cc player" will always be very subjective.

if you are saying highest score equates to being the best player you are sadly mistaken...this being said by someone who has a top 10 all time score. Simply put it is very easy to manipulate your score to get to the top though specific games. King Herpes did it through city mogul and foeing anyone with clickable maps, i did it through oasis farming with lower ranked teammates so i could win more/lose less points. Medals say nothing either...sure they are nice and you have to work to get them but anyone can play 1000's of games and get a bunch of medals even if they win a low percentage of their games. Number of games/Maps played says nothing about the skill of a player...just because you have played lots of gamed does not mean you are strategically sound, and on the same line of thought and just because you have played lots of maps does not mean you are good at them.
