There is some sort of rule that maps have to accomodate all players. However if you're really wanting this map you could do each arm muscle is a territory, hold the whole arm for a big ole mess of troops.

You could cut the territories up by bones and muscles... wrists, radius, ulna, humorous, funny bone, bicept, tricept, deltoid...
