I agree ... That's why I voted for Sully. The Jens thing that I keep bleating on about was just an alternative to try and reinvigorate discussion. So, come on town ... let's get cracking!wildwilliam wrote:victor still has not returned to say anything. my vote stands.

Cheers Fox ... you and everyone else have slapped me hard on that issue ... I'm new at this and noobs push boundaries. I think I've pushed as much as I can and so from this point on I will keep my FOSing to the minimumFoxMists wrote:I dislike the way Hippo tends to attack anyone that gives him FOS and attempt to throw it back on them rather than just discussing. But Yeah, I would really like to get this moving a bit faster. I'm used to playing in live chat. This is taking ages.![]()
I've never voted on anyone for inactivity (as I said I'm used to live chat), but this is a bit ridiculous. Either play or die. (damn that was dramatic!)
VOTE SULLY
(PS: before anyone asks why Sully and not Jens... because I am still hopeful for a replacement. I would rather play with the full group if we can. As Sully has confirmed and just isn't playing and Jens hasn't, I am going with Sully.)
The back seat is where all the cool scum kids sit so they can watch the townies in the front and react accordingly.thehippo8 wrote:So, it's back to the drwing board. And in answer to Zimmah and Skill ... can I remind you all that we still have two players who are silent. In particular JenBroness and Victor Sullivan. To be fair Sully is a rediculously busy person and has at least posted once. FOS JenBroness. I would vote but perhaps it is time for me to take a back seat and listen for a while!
Very eager to vote off an inactive, regardless of the fact they might be town. That's not town like, you get inactives every game, not a good enough reason to possibly go a town less without learning anything.thehippo8 wrote:Yes she did confirm. This is no deflection, far from it. It is reasonable to pursue an avenue until it results in a conclusion. I am satisfied we have done that with Zimmah. What deflection are you talking about? Please explain yourself.
Eager beaver. How's that back seat doing.thehippo8 wrote:Thanks Vio ... so why not lynch Jen now and then see what's what after that! I have a feeling that Jen's lynching will help us immensely!
Pointing out the pointless to make yourself look more town like. We all know there are inactives, only scum would know who the inactive town would be.thehippo8 wrote:There you go ... try and be helpful and it gets slapped in your face.
Not sure why you think I'm scummy. IMO Zimmah was being scummy and you lot are happy with his answers so I simply backed off. Zimmah says so what now find something else to do. So I point out there are inactives (plural). Soomehow that's supposed to be scummy? Come on! Ok so you lot love Zimmah and you love Jen ... nice!
One last attempt at being rational, ... Victor Sullivan is also being silent. What excuse do you have for not putting pressure on him?
Oh, and before you ask ... I am vanilla townie!
So a reactionary vote then. Should I put a OMGUS here, or will you jump on that too.thehippo8 wrote:Sorry terra, just trying to find something useful to grasp onto. In a way you are right though, the point of the game is to find the scum. There are now three players in my sights, Jens, Sully and now you. So your continuous bleating to get a possible town voted off was simply to reinvigorate discussion ? Didn't look like it to me.thehippo8 wrote:I agree ... That's why I voted for Sully. Dream much? Not on your nelly! Nothing I have said or suggsted is scummy at all ... and your selective quoting is very impressive! But way off mark. Then an RC out of the blue to just confirm you're town, and trying hard to hunt scum. Too hard me thinks.

Oh yeah, and just to reinforce your earlier unneeded RC, a little rah rah for town. OK then.

I'm not one to worry about the words used when playing mafia. I tend to work with how things are said rather than what is said. Behavior more than content. People asked me why I voted, my quoting was to show where my reasoning comes from.thehippo8 wrote:Dream much? Not on your nelly! No reason to scold the mods if they miss something. It happens. Just point it out, so they can fix it. Maybe even unvote again.Eldario wrote:Vote Sully , it seems he either have forgotten this game, since hi is active in other games or deliberately avoiding post here, and Hippo as you can see on page 14 i actually unvoted quite some time ago, its just mod that missed it. Welcome back Sully. Not changing my vote though without something more. All rather scummy on your part!Victor Sullivan wrote:Ay, ay, ay, it's not so easy to get caught up on tens of pages of text, eh? First of all, it isn't an easy job to keep track of all the votes, especially Day 1. Second of all, a vote should include the person you're voting for, so Vote player. I'll count it this time, but consider it a reminder.Eldario wrote:Vote Sully , it seems he either have forgotten this game, since hi is active in other games or deliberately avoiding post here, and Hippo as you can see on page 14 i actually unvoted quite some time ago, its just mod that missed it. Well, after that, I have no choice, but to unvote vote Sully. Even though hippo has been all over the place, FOSing everything that moves, double posting, triple posting... Can't excuse this, especially with the weakest deflection ever on Foxy.Victor Sullivan wrote:Ay, ay, ay, it's not so easy to get caught up on tens of pages of text, eh? Same here. He's been pretty inactive, (not that I can talk...) and had a pretty bad deflection. unvote Vote Sullychapcrap wrote:Well, after that, I have no choice, but to unvote vote Sully.
