Something is a little bit off here. Oscarhbhn has only played games with rbautista (only three in total so far- still a newbie), and both are from Colombia. Most of rbautista's games recently have been against a set of players from Colombia.
being the others. Their ratings aren't great, but they mostly seem to give each other terrible ratings. My guess would be that they're friends, but they shouldn't be playing with each other against other people.

As far as secret diplomacy I am going to NOTE this report. There isn't enough proof to prove SD but the way the game ended is a little suspicious to me.
I will also remind them that all game chat should be in English or language that all players understand.
