Strange you would say that ... he's one out of three for me too ... hmmm ... wonder what that means?LSU Tiger Josh wrote:Vote Sully time to find out what we really had here. Remember my words earlier townies and who I have had my "eye" on. As Meatloaf says "Two out of three aint "bad" as far as I know.
OMG! I can't believe I didn't realize this until now. There are currently 22 players in the game.safariguy5 wrote:I believe that Vio stopped counting Jen as a player so she dropped the number of players to 21. Until she declares it to be night, you may continue to discuss the game.

LSU also voted Sully, I'll post an updated vote count, but that's a lynch.VioIet wrote:OMG! I can't believe I didn't realize this until now. What happened was- we originally started with 22. I mod-killed davedbates, so I took the number down to 21. However I soon received two replacements, which brought the number back up to 22- but I forgot to change that in the vote count.
So it takes 12 to lynch Sully. I apologize for the delay and confusion.
Also, sensfan will replace jensbroness. I'm just waiting to hear a response from him.
I have sent dazey a prod, which she responded to. She should be posting here shortly.

Could you quote that line of his, I am afraid I don't quite follow your logic.skillfusniper33 wrote: I am working on LSU's hint and removing the people who were killed, as well as all the odd, and even number combinations since he said they weren't all one, and will post the results once I get everything removed

This is not a way of finding scum, this is a way of finding the third-party killer.LSU Tiger Josh wrote:We have 3 players who's game numbers equal 41. Who they are, I cannot say by rule, but one of them will surely cause a death each day by choosing to make a dead dude. The numbers are not all even or all odd, but the person surely is odd. Heed my advice town because once I state this, I cannot interpret any answers.
Here you go edoc, the entire clue again. I bolded the part where I think you are confusedLSU Tiger Josh wrote:We have 3 players who's game numbers equal 41. Hi Skill ... only three errors of note. Your first error was in thinking that the clue had anything to do with finding mafia. I made the same mistake when I first saw the clue, but after night one it is clear that is wrong. The second error was in your list, you had missed off the first item (not sure why) and then kept in a couple of all odd numbered sets, no big deal there. The third error was omitting edoc in the list (again not sure why you did that).skillfusniper33 wrote:And Hippo can you please point out my errors, and your logic behind why the player would be a 3rd party killer?
I do buy your logic for replacing Jens if he was a 3rd party killer, but just not sure how you could possibly conclude to that, and not consider the possibility of 2 Fractions. Now the chances of having 2 fractions is probably smaller than the probability of having a 3rd party killer.
I'm still on the fence about his vote though, but it does sound logical.but one of them will surely cause a death each day by choosing to make a dead dude

It seams to point out a sk because it points out one doing the killing, this however could just as easily be a godfather. It wouldn't be a GF with any powers, but it could be the particular scummate directing the kill. This does give weight to the argument of scum and SK vs 2 scum sets however.terrafutan wrote:I am going to agree with Hippo on this one, not that I understand the math been used, but I think LSU was one of/the informant and was pointing out a 3rd party killer.
This quote in particular points to an SKI'm still on the fence about his vote though, but it does sound logical.but one of them will surely cause a death each day by choosing to make a dead dude

I am not sure I get this completely, I get the all odd numbers, and I know these people are dead (3,6,18), but why are ALL sets containing these numbers removed?thehippo8 wrote: The list can be refined further by removing sets with 3, 6, 18 or all odd numbers:
Good point. I am glad you noticed. I am just confused by the whole thingwildwilliam wrote:I am not sure I get this completely, I get the all odd numbers, and I know these people are dead (3,6,18), but why are ALL sets containing these numbers removed?thehippo8 wrote: The list can be refined further by removing sets with 3, 6, 18 or all odd numbers:
18, 19, 4 = 41. just because 18 is gone, doesn't mean that 19 is not the guy we are looking for correct?
I could understand removing 3-6-18 (if it equaled 41) but not all combinations containing just one number.
