Techs 3.1.1 through 3.1.4 are now neutral 10s, and techs 3.2.1 through 3.2.4 are neutral 1s, to help remedy the quick eliminations.

Search the 330 posts but didn't find anything related to the problem I encountered. Did not play a second game to see if I could do it again. Have played other turns without same issue on other maps.

Issue: Couldn't use Clickable Maps to bombard from Virus, had to use drop-down. Also couldn't assault STD from Virus or assault NP-3 with clickys, had to use drop-down. Everywhere else I tried clickys worked fine.

yeah apparently clickable maps doesn't work well with this map.
it's not something i (the map maker) or Victor Sullivan (the xml writer) can control. it seems the guys developing the clickable maps have to solve this bug.

The neutral changes can't come fast enough. I've only played a few games, but it's just a dice race to Tech Level 3 right now.

on the middle legend box it clearly says what can attack the human/alien bases and the human/alien tech lvl 1 isn't listed there.
however i can simply add "(one way)" in the legend to avoid any confusion.

Sully, I believe Koolbak was asking for it to be set up so that the players start Human/Alien every time, in which case I don't know that it's possible to do, though I may be mistaken.
