In doubles games, Is secret diplomacy with your team mate legel, or does it have to take place in game chat?

In Team Games, you are allowed to chat privately with your teammate--either in the private game chat, in PMs, or via some other method. This does not constitute Secret Diplomacy, because your teammate is not an opponent in your game!

However, if you were trying to set up a diplomacy deal with a player on an opposing team, that sort of diplomacy must be conducted in game chat, so it doesn't get classified as Secret Diplomacy.
