No restriction on who plays in what game.
There needs to be a minimum of 10 different players per set
Format
Format
Clans will post in main clan forum Clan Name, First Contact, and Second Contact under the main post made by League Director. The designated first and second contacts can be changed at any time by a clan leader.
Clans must post a preliminary list of 10 participating players. The preliminary list can be changed at any time by a First Contact sending a PM to their Division Director.
Clans will be placed into Divisions once registration is closed determined by rank (explained above) and League Directors' discretion
Season 4 has been approved by admin to be run with game creation rights
The primary contacts are asked to PM to their Division Directors the players, maps and settings for their home games in advance of each round (by Sunday no later than midnight CC time). If the deadline is not met then the Division Director will create Random games (Esc, Chained, Sunny) and will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list (provided at the start of the season). Once details are sent to the Division Director there will be no changes allowed. [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
The same list of home game maps, settings and players must be posted, by the home clan first contact, in the division thread (for the benefit of the opposing 1st contact) no later than Monday night midnight CC time. Failure to make this post will result in the Division Director randomly selecting two of the offending clan's away games in that round, and randomly assigning players to these two games from the clan's provisional list of players (the other away games will be assigned players as per the First Contact's list)..[/b]
The primary contacts are also asked to PM to their Division Director their players for away games according to the weekly schedule (see below). If the deadline is not met the Division Director will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list (provided at the start of the season). Once details are sent to the Division Director there will be no changes allowed. [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
If invites from the Division Director are not accepted (a second invite will be sent), then the Division Director will send invites to random members of the clan failing to join on time. If these invites are not accepted (first invite to new player) then the offending clan will not be able to win the game in question for league purposes (assuming the random replacement player joins from his/her second invite). If they do win, then the game will be declared a draw. If both clans failed to accept third invites then the game will deemed to be a draw/tie. If one clan fails to accept a fourth invite (random replacement player failing to join from his/her second invite) then the game in question will be awarded to the opposing clan. In these circumstances, if games are still played, they may still count towards other statistics, such as ranking systems.
Players no longer members of a clan should not appear on the clan's home or away lists, or their list of 10 provisional players (an update can be sent to the League Directors). If such a player appears on a home or away list or is randomly selected as a replacement player by the Division Director, then this will count as a missed invite, with the Division Director then randomly inviting an eligible player from the potential player list.
Weekly Game Exchange Schedule
Weekly Game Exchange Schedule
A list of home game maps, settings and players need to be sent to the DD no later than Sunday night midnight CC time. If there is any ambiguity regarding maps and settings (e.g. a first contact states "Feudal", then the DD can use their judgment to decide what this means - e.g. "Feudal Epic"). [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
The same list of home game maps, settings and players must be posted, by the home clan first contact, in the division thread (for the benefit of the opposing 1st contact) no later than Monday night midnight CC time. Failure to make this post will result in the Division Director randomly selecting two of the offending clan's away games in that round, and randomly assigning players to these two games from the clan's provisional list of players (the other away games will be assigned players as per the First Contact's list).
Monday and Tuesday (no earlier than Sunday night midnight CC time and no later than Tuesday night midnight CC time): DD will make all games and invite home players! Once games are created, they can be found anytime by clicking on the Division Table in the Division thread (this is also a link showing all games).
All home games will therefore ideally will be filled by Thursday night!
A list of away players then must be sent to the DD no later than Thursday night by midnight CC time! [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
Thursday and Friday (no earlier than Wednesday night midnight CC time and no later than Friday night midnight CC time): DD will invite all away players to games!
All games should be up and running within 48 hours of the away invites (if they are sent at the last minute Games will therefore ideally be up and running by Sunday night)!
Any and all questions regarding this phase and division should be sent to the Division Directors from this point on

I must say that I was surprised to see TOFU back in action - admit it guys, you're outdated and outmoded. Bring in the real soldiers.
Good luck, everyone! This is going to be fun. Looks like we're taking on the Pigs, first.

Just a question - sorry if it has been asked/addressed in another forum. If the DD is creating the games and inviting the players why is there a need to also send the game sheet to the opposing clan contact by midnight on Sunday? From experience all this does is cause delay and gamesmanship (by not sending the oppo your home games until the last minute as you may find they have selected maps that are the same as your own and/or you don't want them to see what maps you have chosen).
Surely it's better for only the DD - an independent 3rd party - to be in receipt of the games and players by that deadline? After that, no probs - the game details can be sent to the opposing clan contact by PM just after the deadline (I understand the need for this, as it helps each clan organise the players for the away games).
Anyway, it matters not I guess.
Best of luck to all participants in our division. TOFU looks forward to meeting you on the battlefield.

I kind of felt the same way. But, it doesn't matter that much to me. I'm not one for gamesmanship in matters such as this.

I for one find this pictorial reference and interpretation of our clan to be offensive. Never...in any way...would there EVER be any of those little green leaf things on the sticks if you were to truly skewer our clan. I find your associating us with some sort of vegetation or salad like substance revolting and such deviance could only be an attempt at mind games to get inside our heads.
