For my 3rd tourney, I will have a NBA theme. Each player will choose an NBA team that has not already been chosen. Not all of the NBA teams will be chosen because there will only be 16 players in this tourney. I will seed each player at random.org. Their must be only 8 west teams and 8 east teams, for example, if their is 7 west and 8 east, you must choose a west team.
