So, if I'm counting right that would be 8 maps from trivia winners, plus the staples--Classic, random, arms race. Only 11 maps for this round?

I think you said 175 people advance * up to 3 games each = 525 games possibly

That would be almost 50 games per map.

If all works out I will start making the games tonight--there are questions above for maps and settings--I will do a lottery and pm 20 players to respond back along with the questions for map selection and I will also make different maps as usual--looks like very few have been reading the thread this week

I check it all the time. But this is my most active thread, so ...

But you are right. The thread has died quite a bit in the last couple months. Probably because fewer are advancing. Also, the long time between rounds may cause people to not check the thread as often (no criticism here; I like the pace). I would suggest putting out calls for maps for next round earlier in the current round (some may check the thread only once a round or so). Someone who doesn't advance may get their map created, but I don't see a big problem with this.

Thanks again for a great tourney. Are you up for any of the TO awards? I would think that you would take a handful of those awards home.

Work has been insane this week--no real time for cc and when I get home ll I want to do is go to bed--I think I have missed more turns this week than any other time in my cc existence. Hope to get this going tomorrow but at least by Sunday

I think a few players nominated me--not too many--I think this tourney has over shadowed many of my tourneys--and it is not eligible for last year
