Those are not nearly comparable situations. Children can't, by definition, consent to sex. They are too young to understand sexual relations, and too young to be able to make that decision - thus, adults having sex with children is always abuse. Two consenting adults, no matter what sex they are, having sexual relations with each other is entirely different.
If you have feelings for a married woman, then you can still get over those feelings and have feelings for another woman. But if a homosexual can't have sexual relations with the sex of their choice at all, what alternatives do they have?
If you're bisexual, ok, then you have the choice to pursue men or women. But if you're totally homosexual, what are you supposed to do? Be celibate your entire life, or be with the opposite sex even though you're not attracted to them? Why would god do such a horrible thing to people, if he's supposed to be a good god?
