i would love to agree with this one but 39 ratings out of 1100 games played in the rating dates this complaint covers does not class as abuse. he might only rate someone if he dont like there game play. and we cannot punish someone for not rating good. its a bit like me i dont rate players but if someone really pisses me off i will give a bad rating.

This is most defiantly ratings abuse; at least in the past it was. All ratings are vindictive and a good percentage of them along with the tags are not credible. Dude needs to be reminded or informed of how to properly use the rating system or get his permission to use it revoked. Im sure he probably wouldnt care either way though.
