Pink wanted an alliance (proposed in game chat) with cyan, who said to message him. Both green (jcrymal) and pink knew it is against the rules to message plans etc. so they told cyan the way it works.

jcrymal is basically just saying this guy needs to be told what's legal and what isn't.

Despite my very politely informing him of the rules he obviously thinks sending PMs is within the rules. I am not asking for an execution, just for a mod to set him straight. I assume the Mods have the ability to read PMs in which case there is a very high chance that he has sent a PM to at least one or more players in this game if not others since he admits to it.

sounds like to me the guy didnt want to take the friendly advice. I would advise all players that if they receive a PM from him to report it via the report a post function (the triangle) and state in the explanation that it was SD and like the game number. If he breaks the rules after being advised of them then only way to correct it is for him to get a Warning for the violation.

You cant fix stupid.

I have messaged panea explaining the rules of CC and the expectations of diplomacy. No warning was issued.
