even bigger clue. the 2nd pic (of the actress) is married to the co-leading star of this movie. The other lead is pic #3.

I'm wondering if this is one of those epic films that has been overlooked by the next generation. If you haven't seen it....you must. Very famous director and leading actors, so it's not something obscure I've picked here (but it is dated)

yep, Evolution got it. The Man Who Would Be King, from 1975. Sean Connery & Michael Caine in the leads (and that's Shakira Caine in pic #2 to whom he's been married since '73)
