I have plenty of pride and honour about the UK, and am glad that I live here and have been bought up in this country. Patriotism is different then pride and honour. I will always question the government and will go on strikes against government policy or things which go against my morals, but I still respect my government and am very proud to be the country with the worlds greatest history.

Gay sports like soccer? Firstly, its football. Secondly, a culmative total of 62 billion watches the FIFA World Cup last year. 2.1 billion (1 in every 3 people in the world, more then 7 times the population of USA) watches the World Cup Final. Football is one of the fastest, most exiting, passionate, skillful and most loved sport in the world. It is the biggest sport in the world by a huge margin, and is still growing very fast.

Cards ruin it? Football is not a fully contact game. If someone is overly aggressive or starts a fight, they do not deserve to be on the pitch. Btw, I also hate divers. It is not too much of a problem in the UK (except Drogba), but on the continent its terrible. It is a fast sport. In a 90 minute game, there are normally only about 5 minutes of stoppages, unlike American Football which has about 2/3 hours of stoppages.

A coward for supporting a war which should never have happened? I'm all for legimate wars, ie Afghanistan, Somalia etc.. but not wars like Iraq. If London got attacked by the Taliban tomorrow, I will still support our troops in Afghanistan.
