You're in a tough spot though being admin, because even if a usergroup leader wants you in, the members might veto it, and then you end up resenting the leader.

But hey, you get to have "god" eyes and read it all anyway, so don't resent the leaders.

admin can read any private group anyway and i am sure they do.

My first thought would be that i would love to see the inner workings of the top clans but I couldn't imagine having more fun than I am now with the packsters... If you can't take a joke then the pack is the wrong place for sure!!

For gameplay purposes, would like to know what it is to be in a top ranked clan nowadays, and play a lot with TOFU members. As for forum enjoyment and keeping laid back, would probably go with G1.

I would never join a clan; I find the idea useless. That is, of course, because I enjoy competitive play with my FRIENDS, not the unwashed masses engaged in slinging mud and proving themselves - function of my age I suppose (old guy alert....lol)....

I am here because of my usergroup, xigames, which was formed years before this site to play risk on the MSN gaming site....we simply migrated here back in '06 as it is so much cooler.

We are 100+ strong and almost 10 years old.....

I must admit, it never occurred to me to look up clans. I was just here to play, mostly tournaments. (I liked having a goal other than just "points", you see) I did join the usergroup "Spelling and grammar Nazis", but it didn't last. Really, other than point out particularly egregious violations of the language, there wasn't much to hold the group together. And if EVERYONE goes out and hammers on the same post - well, that ends up being trolling.

However... that membership, as well as my posts in one of Serbia's tournament threads, apparently generated enough interest for Generation One to send me an invitation. I considered briefly, and have never regretted my decision to join them.

I must say, if G1 suddenly vanished, I don't know who else I'd consider joining. I'd have to, I've gotten used to the friendships I've found there. As for who's forums I'd like to look in on...

oh how allmighty we all are... interesting to see how everyone is committed to stay in the clan and yet we are seeing so much clan changing its not even funny anymore...

anyhow, i would love to sneak a peak at BOFM and FOED forum, just for good laugh. tactics wise, i dunno, not particularly keen to see any specific clan, but would like to see every... now, if they are like we were in Nemesis back in days, or in Otpisani now, most of important stuff is going through PMs, so i wouldnt see that much
