After a little research, they play MANY games together and one of them seems to win a high percentage of the games they play together. It seems obvious to that when they play games together they will do what they can to help the other.

I can't read the entire game log, nor can I load the full log. For me the log begins with blue saying GG.

They are talking about a deal, did the announce any form of truce in the log before that?
If they stated in the log they made a truce or a no attack treaty then they haven't broken the rules. If the agreed a deal through PM or on their wall then it's foul play.

they made no mention of any deal or truce prior to the the comment about forgetting they had a deal. Of course i would not be upset if such a deal was posted at the start of the game. They have played too many games together in which one of them wins a high percentage of the time.

I red only posted he forgot about their deal and it was really not stated in the game log they have some serious explaining to do. Their probably multis or good friends playing for one and another.

I just went back to the game and tried to copy and paste the chat between the two players in question. It seems as though all statements have been cleared by someone except mine. Even the response to my questioning their tactics. I did not think that comments made in chat could be deleted.

You are correct. The post stating they forgot about their deal was the 1st comment made about such a deal. I am sure they are friends playing together and making it very hard for Outsiders to win a game against the two.
