Why in CC we multiply the score by 20 and not 10 or 3,14159265?

You seem to catch a lot of flak from some regular posters, but as I don't follow the intricacies of Conquerclub politics and know whether any such flak is actually merited, or just the wailing of children with nothing of more import to spend their time on, I will have to defer to your judgement on the matter.

What percentage of recieved criticism do you believe to be merited?

Serious question.

Do you keep yourself so anonymous to everyone on CC (mods ands users at least, not sure if you're more open to admin) because you are a very private person, or do you feel that you do your job better by not sharing/showing any of your true self?

There are very few people on here who stay "in character" all the time, who don't talk about where they come from, who they are, their real name, etc. There are quite a few who share everything, but you seem to be strongly on the side of "I don't share anything about myself" and I'm curious why.
