Premier Conference: Divisions - Heroes, Champions, Pioneers, Immortals

The conferences and divisions will be divided up based upon current rankings and a general consensus from ICL Leaders (and input from the public), after which they become permanent, meaning teams/clans will be in the same Divisions year in and year out - eventually building rivalries.
If a clan chooses to drop out or has been expelled, they have to sit out at least 1 season before being eligible to come back.

Teams and Players
Captains:
Each team will have a captain. The Team Captain will be responsible for being the main contact, turning in rosters, games, settings etc. Repeated failure to turn in roster, games and settings by deadline will result in loss of Team Captain status and could have consequences that end up penalizing your team.
In addition to having a Team Captain, each team must also have an assistant captain. The assistant captain’s duties are to provide games and settings if the Team Captain fails to do so or in the case of absences or failure of Team Captain to fulfill his responsibilities.
Players:
The ICL is open to both premium and freemium players, as assigned by the Team Captain. A player can only be assigned a game if they have an available spot.
All games must be accepted within 24 hours of the invite. Failure to accept the invite will result in a warning issued to the player/team. If the problem persists it will result in the forfeiture of the game, no exceptions. On-going problems may result in suspension of the player and even expulsion from the league.
Players are allowed to play in one game per set during regular season play. Clans must use min of 10 players during regular season games.
Maps and Settings
Unlimited reinforcements are allowed on conquest maps only.
Beta Maps will not be used. Once released, Beta Maps can be used in the following bi-weekly sets.
Maps may only be used once per set during the regular season.
There will be no enforced fog rule. It will be up the discretion of the teams to come up with a gentlemen’s agreement if so desired. A game can be remade if both teams agree; however, if no agreement is made within 24 hours of the infraction, the game will be played out and counted.
Deadlines
Home games/settings and rosters must be submitted two weeks prior to their start. We would encourage War Ministers to submit games/settings and rosters a month in advance (although this is not required). Games/settings and rosters will then be submitted on a bi-weekly basis for each following months. Home teams can submit games as far in advance as they would like.
Reminder notices will be sent to all Captains of all home teams informing them of the upcoming deadlines. If games/settings are not submitted by the deadline, Co-Captains will be given 24 hours to submit games/settings for that month. If this deadline is missed, a warning will be sent out and games/settings will be randomized.
Continued failure to turn in roster, games and settings by deadline will result in forfeiture of games as necessary. If it becomes a constant problem, it could result in expulsion of team from the league.
Away teams have 1 week to submit their away game rosters. If away rosters are not received on time, I players will be randomly selected from their master roster list and invite them. Missed invites will still count towards warnings / forfeitures.

Fine Print
Players found dead-beating or abusing CC policy can be suspended and/or expelled from the league. Once expelled, a player must sit out at least a minimum of 1 season. If a player deadbeats, it will result in an automatic loss of the game for their team. If a player or team times out at an excessive rate, it may result in the automatic loss of the game for their team. (This must be reported in a timely manner to the ICL Commissioners. Penalties will not be given out retroactively if pursued after the fact.)
