Sharks and rays that are obligate ram ventilators can asphyxiate when tonic immobility is induced (by flipping them over). Orcas have been observed flipping themselves before attacking sharks or rays, and then righting themselves and getting an easy kill.
tl;dr orcas are badass. /random stuff TG knows.
