the vast majority are either dubs or singles with revelstoke and tarn. It appears to be just friends playing against each other with no one person winning the majority of games.

Never has there been more than a minute (mostly just a few seconds) between them taking their turns.

I have already cleared them of being Multiple Accounts. And quick turns doesn't equal Secret Diplomacy.
