also, rugby and football are severely different sports so this is such a stupid idea. Which sport will they play? Football players would kill rugby players in football and rugby players would beat football players at rugby.

While living in San Diego, I'd go see the Chargers play against whomever. One of the cool things about the Chargers is that they had a former AFL player on their team as a punter. Darren Bennett was his name. For those unfamiliar with American football, the punter is usually the second wimpiest person on the team (the place kicker/field goal kicker being the least tough).

So when Bennett would kick the ball to the other team, he still had the mindset from his AFL days, and would go after whomever caught the ball for the opposition. It's usually the strategy for the team kicking the ball to have the punter hang back and be the "last line of defense" so if the guy catching it runs by everyone the punter can push him out of bounds and save a scoring touchdown. Bennett would have none of it, and would sometimes outrun the guys blocking for him to make the tackle. San Diego fans loved it because it was so different than all the other punters from around the league. Eventually the other teams took notice that they were going to have to block all 11 players, and I thought it made the game more exciting.

There are probably other guys that have transitioned into the NFL that I can't think of right now, but I remember Bennett since I saw the guy in person.

My motivation is simply that I think he is makes 50% of his posts to bother other users. He rarely has something good to add to the forums. In his private forum he does post like 3 times a day something interesting he saw online that day but not here. Here he baits.

I act like a retarded broken record saying the same thing over and over to make sure everybody hears, and has my point so next time he/she sees that behavior put it in this context.

Same with his baiting me (not really I did what I did knowing he will report me and most likely get me banned, but i had to do it, harmless as it was), Woodruff, PhatScotty, and most republican and religious people here. Note that I'm not republican neither religious but I don't find it necessary to offend a religious person going about his business.

What are you talking about? Connecting a sport with an already derided section of society in a negative aspect is not the same as making a bland generalization to strike up conversation, such as "americans are cunts". I'd have no problem with him saying "american football is for wusses", but instead he had to take the low road and bring homosexuality into the discussion for no reason. That is an intolerable offense in these forums. The rules are [not often] clear cut, especially in the situation of bigotry.
