The vast number of options.

My three dislikes:
Lack of site updates. (both interface and gameplay wise)
The peak of skill possible to attain comes very quickly. (unlike chess or other skill based board games you very quickly get about as good as you can at it.)
That you have to log on once every day to take your turns. (sort of makes it impossible to keep playing on this site for me.)
