1) they do not attack each other for 20 rounds.
2) Yellow player could brake bonus blue plr without any problem (53 troops on Slavonia and 48 troops on Srem- both can hit Doboj). He just leave him and attack my Kraljevo where was my few troops.

I've checked the game log from start to finish.
Although it might seem suspicious that they don't attack each other, it still doesn't look like an SD to me.
So both accused are cleared of conducting secret diplomacy.
