so, what if you feel someone is abusing the rating system? does that go here?
I generally don't care what people rate me, a good rating is always preferred and appreciated but a bad one doesn't keep me up at night.
what does bother me is when someone is just having a good time being a douchebag at the expense of others. It would be nice to see someone end his fun.

The irony is that biosistemas1, at first glance of his/her Ratings Left page, is probably the only cc member that uses the rating system as it was meant to be used:
"The number of stars given should be based on this scale: 1 = Bad, 2 = Below Average, 3 = Average, 4 = Above Average, 5 = Excellent."
How many excellent players are there? Yet almost everyone gives a full set of stars.

However, looking at Squirly's page it's obvious he is one of the better players and unless he's having a bad game, he's most likely been wronged by that rating.

I was referring to the stars, that 3 stars are wrongly viewed as a horrible rating.

As for the player's comments, he seems to think it's necessary to leave them (every rating has them) and he's using generic comments he may not understand.

I don't really care about the ratings, just wanted to tip mods and community off that this guy is new here and clearly abusing the system and will only grow into a bigger problem.

If it is only one rating that seems wrong it isn't abuse. Try sending a PM and ask him to change the rating or explain the ratings given.
Explain how the rating in question is abuse of the system. And show several examples to show a pattern of abuse.

Response: I have no idea of which game this was. I won 1 and he won 2 - I'm guessing the problem he had was with the game I won. Nothing in the comments. I guess they call this guy "squirrely" for a reason

Response: 100% sore loser; he was beat and thererore I received all one stars; never said anything to this player in our game; in fact, i praised his team for playing extremely tough. Squirly, you are without a doubt one of the most pathetic persons on this site

As others have indicated, the proper place to report this, if that is your intention, is in the Cheating and Abuse Forum. There is such a thing as ratings abuse. But be prepared to provide 5 (I think it's 5) examples of ratings that are undeserved. If you go there and just say "Look at his ratings page," you will not get far. The mods don't have time to look into this unless someone actually takes the time to make a case.
