sadly, more than you think.huamulan wrote:What kind of person pays for a car or holiday using a loan?
I could go for a 6-year single-term Presidency. I rather like the idea, actually.WILLIAMS5232 wrote:yeah,
instead of 2 people on the ballot, there should be like 10-15. everyone likes choices.
it could be like a battle royale amongst the politicians.
just think of all the pandering and cheapshots that would take place.
then let there be 6-8 year terms. that way theres less campaigning and more of doing the job that you promised you'd do. and less a chance of pulling the wool over the sheeps eyes for the second term.
p.s.
this is not sarcasm, i'd really be for that.
For the car, it is tremendously common. Not sure about the holiday...that seems strange to me.zimmah wrote:sadly, more than you think.huamulan wrote:What kind of person pays for a car or holiday using a loan?

On a more serious note, I think a lot of people sort of forget that credit cards are actuall loans.. very high interest loans that, while unsecured, will be paid off by taking all you own if you fail any of their terms (all printed in "extremely legible" micro-print)

Wish I knew that secret....WILLIAMS5232 wrote:pshhh....PLAYER57832 wrote:Ah, but Capitol one has the money available NOW... just ask!!!!! credit cards companies are sissies......
you can always settle for pennies on the dollar when you get a bit behind.
then once that' debt is clear. you can always get another chance to pick up that latest flat screen tv and matching loveseat to awe your friends for the next dinner party.

Except I was never home-schooled. Your willful ignorance of this president's goal of redistribution of wealth is quite impressive.
