It honestly bothers me that you say things like that.
A normal reaction would be "Huh, that's odd, well I'm sure it'll get resolved".

Ill take this time to admit that what I said was wrong, but so is the way you have gone about this entire situation. Anyway I assume you haven't switched emails or you would have checked the old one. I don't really see how I can be of assistance here as I cant see E-Tickets. Maybe you should pm Andy so that he can PM you the what the solution to your E-Ticket was?
