40 now, looking to up it to about 75 if there's any interest by others in seeing this through
Bombardments, Reseting territories, auto-deploys, one-way attacks and 1 negative deploy
As far as I can tell, the theme is original

NOTE: I have no experience with creating maps, so for this to work, I'd need to partner with somebody(s) else. I'd like to handle most of the gameplay and defer to someone else with the graphics and xml. I'm very open to criticism.

Great Idea. Can't believe this hasn't been done yet. I would like to try my hand at graphics though you do seem to do a good job yourself.
I've been hoping to start out on my cartography adventure teamed up...
I'm not particularly skilled at graphics either but I have ideas for a better themed graphic scheme and I look forward to learning.
I would be interested with the technical xml side of things too.

For lots of reasons, this is just a bad idea and very much doubt it would get made. It has been tried before and there just is not the interest in this type for it to go forward.

Just looking at the map, how are you going to persuade all of those large companies to let you use there icons?

But keep on with the ideas, we need some fresh blood.
