I pretty much wont even look into benefit of doubts. This guy clearly insults him! Would also put me on a bad footing with the guy who would insult me. I think the game is all cool as long as the guy who insulted me doenst win XD!

I do not see green targeting just one player so he may have his own gameplay in this game. Maybe he was after a bonus area or wanted a bonus zone? It's a 3 player assassin game and we really can't rely on everyone to make "balance" attacks. Someone will get unlucky. One remark in the game chat could also trigger unwanted reactions. This looks like an isolated incident and cleared for me.
