Done, and we are at 45. Note that if we don't reach 64, there will be a play-in round (details to be determined shortly) for all teams. But let's not go there and find the remaining teams instead.

Under the new setup, is it 5 teams from the large groups and 1 team from the 4 team group that move on to Round 2?

It is the winners of each group (so 15 from the groups of 3 and 1 from the group of 4). In all, 16 teams advance to the 2nd round.
