In the past, I thought we only had one in sign ups at a time so that they would fill faster... Maybe we should try that, because this Mongol Empire game is at almost an hour without having started.

The larger/medium ones take a while to fill up almost always. For the duration, I've been making some on smaller maps (Doodle, USA West, etc) to pass the time.

why is there a pw and why aren t they easily joinable from the speedy page? it would fill in in seconds.

There is a password because all tournament games require them. This is also why they aren't listed on the Join Speed Games page. I've noted that we should try to find a way to circumvent this for next year, though.
