AKA will not be entering...

after talks with the clan it seems most think the restriction on home game creation is 2 big. (88 maps needed for the group stages.if 11 clans a group) and literally newer and lower ranked clans will just be there to make figures up. having no chance of getting anywhere in the leagues.(or chance of medals.) also because there is no escalating punishment scale for breaking of each of the rules in the op and stating it will be done case by case we feel this could be abused (meaning if a player is liked a lighter punishment issued or disliked a harder punishment.)
