Nope. IC was just made a mod recently... couple months ago? I was made a mod last June. Not sure about the others. As far as "more to do" ... we adjust and help each other out as needed. I've yet to see a newbie get upset over a mod answer... it's mostly the community members who tend to be rude, blunt and give out wrong info. If you're worried about how newbies are treated, talk to those people... although I've done that a lot already. In fact, I think I asked hecter at one point to be nicer to newbies.
