The games I organize are classified by rank: Lieutenant Games Series, Captain Games Series, and Major Games Series. There is a separate thread in the Callouts forum for each of the series. Either your games are not completed in this series or your completed games must be in one of the other series. I seem to remember you are in the Major Games Series at least.
It's the nature of the series that the majority of the players are down. There are four loser in each game and only one winner.
On average, and over the long run, you'd expect about half to be up and half down wouldn't you? Even though four players lose, when you do win you win four times as many points.
Of course, if one player wins all the games, or you have a similar skewing of the distribution then this won't be the case - I'm just hoping I can be that player

You're right over the long term. I'm not sure any of the games series have gone on long enough to see that though.
BTW, congratulations on winning the first game of this series. No need to make a habit of it though. Besides, now that you've won one you can afford to lose the next 4.

well I've already been eliminated in my only other game in the series so far only 3 more to go!

Same thing. If you are a lieutenant when you sign up for a game then there's no need to drop out if you lose your rank before the game begins.
On the other hand, if you are not a lieutenant or higher then I ask that you not join any lieutenant games until you reach the rank of lieutenant again.
The way my own rank is going it's only a matter of time before I start the Sergeant Games Series.

Well, it's happened. I've managed to be demoted from lieutenant to sergeant. Consequently I won't be creating any new games in this series until I've regained the rank of lieutenant.
I will however maintain the game list and the results as on-going games are completed in this series.
In the meantime I've started a Sergeant Games Series while I'm climbing back into the lieutenant rank (hopefully).
The only requirement for joining is that you must be sergeant or higher in rank.
Other than the fact that the games are open to sergeants, they are the same type of game as in the Lieutenant Games Series.
