I believe we have become too tolerant and the reason I stated that whites are a minority in Leicester is to show what the future holds if we continue to tell ourselves that we can all live in peace together. I don't see it as apathy, nor is the reason because it's a small percentage of a particular group. terrorism is one of the few ways the weak gain power over the strong in today's world, and as the quest for power has ever been a drive in humanity's evolution, it will not go away any time soon. I see this as the reason for the inevitability, and it's not just radical Muslims that are terrorists. there's been local grown terrorists in the us, england, most certainly ireland... hell, anywhere in the world. let's also not forget that as major world religions go, Islam by far does not have a monopoly on committing atrocities in the name of Whomever... the Christians had a pretty good run in Europe and the Middle East a while back (the crusades, the spanish inquisition) and the Jews had a hell of a run in the BC time frame (think Jericho for starters) and those are easily thought of just off the top of my head.
