As much as I respect you as a player. Silver.... your tournaments are a bit of a mess...
I have been trying to figure out what was going on in this tournament several times during the last year, and apparantly I still have no clue.
"the personal score will decide who will be eliminated in rounds 1 ,3, 5 and the Final. Score will be summed up by victories on double and single games."
And then you go on to count only single games, where some of us got to play a lot fewer than others. And not even count all of them. Fx I won 4 of my last 8 single games and only have 3 points total. And how about all the personal points we received in the double games during the tournament?
Or did you just pick 8 random players for the final round?
oki.
first of all i made several mistakes in this tounrey, and the first was to host this at all.
im not making excuses , just writing as this was , 6 or 7 people just left in the middle without a warning, 4 went freemium... tried to make the best of the situation.
specifically regarding what you wrote MrPinky, i did counted only single wins to decide who goes to the final , since when 2 double teams decided to quit playing , the 2 teams who should have played against them would get too much points if both singles and double game would be counted.
regarding your points - you are correct (i made a mistake ) you have total 5 wins out of 12 games, that wasnt enough to get to the finals anyway , you needed a minimum of 7.
anyhow since L M S dropped now we only have 7 players in the final...
not sure i will want even to end this, all the feedback i got was negative so far , so ill consider this for several days and might abandon this at all...
Yeah, I guess its close to impossible to run a tournament that last so long without half the players losing interest.
I was just so excited when I first joined it, as these are my two favorite maps, and I did very well in all the double games. And for some reason some of us played a lot less single games than the rest. Anyway, I know you put in a lot of effort, and its a mess when you lose all those players. Some unpopular choices had to be made. Good luck with the final.
