It would appear that the medals which appear to the right of forum posts are using the wrong image for the Platinum medals. If you hover your mouse over them, (for example, check codierose just above me) they do show things like "Standard Achievement (4)", where the Gold shows "Quadruples Achievement (3)".

To add to all previous things, I believe I should of got it for ratings, but did not. Can we get a list of levels to check against please.

I did not get ratings either but we might get that the next time the ratings are updated and we give out a new rating?

That only shows it for the ones that I have gold already and not the Platinum. I got it for standard and fog games, but I would like to know what the levels where for them. All we know is cross map is 200 and ratings is 1500.

can you at least talk to people before 'improving' things around here

Ok, I woke up this morning and saw that I received 3 platinum at the exact same timing. Then a few fours later I received it for ratings. I have 1000+ ratings but not 1500 yet, so it was awarded even if I m not supposed to have it!

Bah, I think it's too easy to criticize mods/ programmers for everything, I guess it's not all that easy as I have no clue of programming.
I just feel a bit torned about that ratings platinum that I don't deserve yet (I have 1040 on my medal stats page). I think there has been a little mistake and it has been programmed at 1000 with the update like the others instead of 1500.

Strip me medal please! I'll get it back in a few month. Also would be nice if the platinums could apear in forums instead of bronze!

it was delayed so they could get it right.

and people still complained, so whats it called again, People are never happy with the cards they're dealt!

Would you have preferred they wait another month to release it while ironing out all possible issues.

I for one am happy that we've received something that can always be fixed moving forward than complain that nothings been done.


(As an aside, I'm not sure the delay was to get this feature right, but rather to deal with other more pressing needs for the owners like the payment schemes etc. Rds probably urged them to roll this out as soon as they were able considering the complaints from some parties, but unfortunately there wasn't an opportunity to iron out the kinks.)
I'm sure the programmer will be able to foresee these sorts of issues as he becomes more experienced with the layout

What is that actual name of the next level of medals? They are called Platinum in the Medal Stats page, but when I check my Award Details they are called Diamond. Just wondering .....

I guess that if you refer to platinum or diamond you could only be refering to one thing and we would understand you!

anyway here are the fixes that need to be made:

B: The ratings medal is supposed to be awarded at 1500, not 1000
C: Change the name to platinum in awards details
