I still don't understand what rule we broken.

When I payed for premium membership I agreed to the rules, I haven't broken any yet I'm banned from playing with my friend.

When I payed $20 I never knew that the admins would do something like this for no reason when we hadn't broken any rules. If we were really cheating don't you think we'd have higher ratings?

You haven't broke any rules, but you're cheating the system out of giving your friend free points because of what you did with your account. Your friend gets lot of free points because your score is so low.

Basicly, you and your friend are cheating the system out to get VERy fast point for him. You're responsible for that as you got to 1 point intentionnaly.

Considering that, you had in mind to get your friend some very easy points from egtting to a score of 1.

It's not breaching any written rules, but doing so is beeing unfair for anyone, as you're single handely helping your friend get unfair points, and stealing those points from fair and honorable players.

I assume it's that, and I strongly beleive I am right.

Dude Pass has been major before... I haven't helped him get any points that he couldn't of on his own. If we really wanted to cheat the system i'd wait till he reaches a high rank before I started playing team games with him.

I'm not cheating players out of any points, I think the people that do that are the ones that spam tons of games with them and a partner hoping to get easy points of "honourable players" that aren't as good as them

and what different is it taking points off people in singles or doubles? I take a lot more points of people in singles...

Fact is you should punish someone unless they've done something that they knew they shouldn't do.

If the admins even pmed me saying get your rate up before you play 2v2 I would of... But they didn't, they just dis-allowed me from playing with a friend for no reason.

People are very angry at you for going for 0 points,
now that you've gone back to a "less shady player" people may respect you more if you quit bitching on here, and go back to playing some singles games.
Then maybe in a month message one of the mods, and ask if, since you've been good for a month, and brought your score up, if you can play with your buddy again, (just doubles)
I don't think anyone on here has a problem with anyone else, as long as they're not being retarded or anything, if you wish to be treated with respect, you must first earn it, or atleast not do anything to lose it

So like I said, lay off for a while, then ask someone:)

Might work, might not, but atleast you'll feel better knowing you're back on the right path

I'm not sure why all of a sudden simtom is defending himself. We had a whole big discussion about reasonable bounds for determining whether he was in violation or not of any rules and whether or not action could be taken. simtom's sole contribution to this was to admit to what he's been accused of and make a sarcastic comment or two. Subsequently, what I feel was appropriate action was taken. And NOW he's defending himself? Wasn't he paying attention to any of this?

I am confused.

I had no idea that I wasn't allowed to 2v2 with PassIsPaws, and the blocked us without warning.

The sole fact you're score went down to 1 and then you started playing with your friend is what doomed you. Like I said...you're giving free points to him, even if he doesn't need them.

Now...Since when they give a warning? I never heard they did. Stop complaining about it.

The point is that you didn't make that distinction with the post I originally responded to. Furthermore that statement doesn't explain why you have banned S+P from playing together, given that they aren't trying to 'throw' games; but are actually trying to win them, just like everybody else.

Look, I'll break it down for you:

1. Simtom was 'throwing' games when he was mass-deadbeating, but you didn't see fit to do anything then.
2. You made a mistake in allowing him to manipulate the system earlier (I suspect you were fascinated to see what would happen when he reached 1); that was him 'throwing games', that is when he was 'detracting' from people's CC experience.
3. Now he is playing like a normal member of the community, but his score, which is a remnant of his previous misconduct, is upsetting other players, even though isn't doing anything unusual or unsporting at this point in time.
4. The fact of the matter is, that the only justification for the sanction you're applying now, is to compensate for your error of judgement earlier. Banning him from playing with PiP is illogical, and unfair; it isn't a sanction that fits what Simtom has actually done 'wrong'.
5. Just face up to that fact. Stop trying to find some fictitious reason why his conduct now is any different to the conduct somebody like Blitz's (a player who I have great respect for, before anyone gets the wrong idea). Neither are 'throwing games', neither deserve a sanction.

we dont even win our doubles games -.- so i still dont see the point : / ive made maybe about 30 more points than i normally would cause i would get 8-9 points extra and weve only won like 3 games out of the 12 most recent : / and they werent against high ranked players -.-

now i would feel bad about playing with simtom if we played high ranked players and he confided in me that he would feel bad too IF we did and won. and he said that way long before he was even recongnized as he is now

the games where people played against us of higher rank were noob bashers looking to gain meager points easily and if you look at those games most of them ended before round 5 -.-

i would like an Admin to post in here so there is some communication of what we did or didnt do

Is it cheating if a player looses singles games on purpose; then joins doubles games and plays for real to help his friend get twice the points.
