[Site] Live CC Clock on the Top Right of Each Page

On a 24 hour "War Clock" The War Room Clock would always be what is referred to... It would be called simply CC TIME or "By the War Clock" I do not know of anyone who would bother with trying to tackle time zones after having such an easy tool to use instead... it (the war room clock) would end the confusion.

Hey Joe meet me in Game chat... I will be there at ...... CC time.

Some Crazy People... Or Frogs for that matter... would probably get a small cheap clock... or maybe an old wrist watch... and post it next to their monitor... Have their own War Clock that is always visible even when they are in other realms of the internet... Someone might even figure out how to make their computer do it with CC Time like a second timezone that is always displayed on the bottom of the screen...

I might put an additional watch on my other forearm... would have to be a Big Heavy Dive Watch though... CrazyFrog

how about using the International format

date goes from smallest to largest (day/month/year) & time goes from largest to smallest (hour/minute/second).

I have a nativist preference for the American way, but I can see putting it in international form. The thing is it's as big a deal when something says "May 02, 2013" when it says 5/2/13.

I know there's talk among the developers of moving it over to the right of the Home|Instructions|Scoreboard|etc. stuff. Given that space might be an issue over there, perhaps it should be put in a more international but shortened format. I would recommend: 2013/05/02 15:24:37. Even us dumb Americans could figure out that means May 2 and not Feb. 5

All I'm saying is that putting the four-digit year first and then doing descending order won't confuse anyone, American or otherwise.

This is something that is being worked on on the test site, but there was some issue finding the right place for it and the developers are having to write their own version of it because all of the existing ones that they found had one problem or another, so it was easier just to write their own. But, as with everything, we have to make sure we don't break anything by making that go live on the site. #recurringthemeofrecentimprovements
