Awesome thread. I like donkeys too. In University acting class, we had an assignment to act as donkeys. The whole class was braying and charging about the room. Then we went on a field trip to the Donkey Sanctuary and we all realized that donkeys were peaceful, slow creatures. Buddha was, above-all, donkeyesque. Then we (as a class) did a donkey petting farm for two hours, where we all stayed in character for 2 hours and people could come to our theatre and feed, or otherwise interact with the donkeys. I should note that petting was allowed, but since the legal and scholastic ban on sexual assault was still active, there wasn't too much heavy petting.

In any case, the best donkey of all was Ol' Hickory. He is the reason the Democrats use the donkey as their symbol, as he was the jackass of USA. All americans should thank him since if he didnt attack the Spaniards America would have millions of Spanish-speaking folk pouring over the Florida border just dying to give their children the greatest gift of all - US citizenship. I guess you do sort of have that, though...

But not in Florida. Florida is a much better place now. Speaking of which, where is Neoteny these days?
