Notification option for every turn?

I'ts just a thought, but would it be a good idea if, next to the notification option for the first turn in the game, there was an option for every game?
It would mean that you would know to take your turn sooner, as you would know straight away (If you are on your computer of course), and so it could possible speed up the games.
