World 2.1 Question

Can someone explain to me why Antarctica is worth 0 in the World 2.1 map? Thanks.

WEAKEN

Because it's uninhabitable. People can't survive living there, so that makes it essentially worthless.

yeah, i thought that a little strange, it should of been worth a little somthing, as in the risk gameplay, it is worth quite a lot, it it a good attacking point for each part of the map...

its so that its easier to change in future and summat about it not understanding countries which arent in continents
