:Comments: Marvo repeatedly failed to close out the game, despite repeated opportunities and an explicit invitation. Check out the game history and you will see he has continually attacked neutral spaces rather than finish off his opponent.

He has been attacking neutrals to take the British Outpost, which is a winning objective. He's not keeping you hostage; as soon as he starts his turn the game will be over.

I'm not sure how you would know that. I see someone showing a flag of Croatia whose posts are not in perfect English - either due to poor typing or, for all I know, ignorance of the language. You may know qwert better than I do but I have no reason to assume sarcasm.
