but didnt he ask andy for a ban or something, i know he was not going to get one but even so, doesnt that show that he doesnt want in anymore. But then surely he would let somebody else continue.

After long talk with Andy, we can not bring decision who will all be satisfy, I say that Keyogu is wrong with hes demand, and hes say that is right.
I will be happy to put my map in these Site but unfortunal not Lack or Andy is not interesting to see these map in play, so if somebody know other risk site please send me PM with Adress.

Man I wish I could have found CC this easy when I joined - sponsored links and everything. It took me months to find and it was by pot luck in the end too when I had given up.

I think its a crying shame that this his maps are gonig to another site. I wouldnt care less if they where geophracial maps...

But these where 2 war maps of events that actually took place. I Espically liked the Jima Iowa map.

I would like to know what discussions there where between Andy and Qwert to come to a comprise on the matter??

Because obviously this is a community website and it would be nice to know what Qwert was asking for and indeed what Andy was asking for!!!

What i am noticing is that the actual fun is being taken out of the Map processing method. And is being taken over by 2 or 3 good map makers who are churning out decent quality maps. y-+

its pretty clear what qwert was asking, hes been asking it for the last few months. he doesnt want to fix problems that many people have stated that they have a problem with. if you dont fix issues that the community has, you dont get published. end of story.

the problem isnt andy or keyogi, the problem is people who wont play within a system that puts out many good maps. if people want to get 95% of the way there and then quit so be it. its a shame but its their own choice.

i used to have that same mentality when I was 7. I remember a couple times where i took my ball and went home. its qwerts choice.

lol..However what some people where asking for was OTT...I agree with the pixelated borders but then a couple of other people came in asking for heaven and earth on things that had already been decided!!

Johloh, first you read my topic, then you can tell yours opinion, because everybody know that last visualy issue been Smooth rivers and blur borders, and i fix these, but Keyogy dont be satisfy with these and ask from me to change everything, i repeat last visualy issue been smooth and blur, and i fix these.
We everybody must have some line of patience, and i know my. Comunity knows that visualy my map is finish.
Why Keyogu dont like my map, well these question you must put too hem.
I belive that Andy like my map, but he give Keyogu to watch my map and these whas mistake, and now ofcourse he will not tell that he made mistake, because sistem never make mistake and these is rule here, only map authors made a mistake.
Hulmey if you want to know what i ask from Andy, well i ask to reconsider and look What Keyogy ask from me when i fix last visualy issue in my map, and its look that he refuse to look these.

For selfish reasons, I'd like to see your two maps. I say post them up and lets see if they can get put through. I realize this is very unlikely but at least I can say I asked.

i think this can all be solved....If your borders are done, then i dont see no problems (apart from the bonus).

It doesnt matter what Keyogi says as long as you have a Good argument to counter what he is asking...(no offence keyogi).

Andy is the one who makes the final decision's

Ps...you also must realise that your map is different froms lone prohepts map.

His , map can not be put up in the condition its in.

qwert did you let your issues with keyogi prevent you from finishing 2 great maps. I'm not sure if I even seen the newest update of your maps either.

Would you be so kind and post a picture in here so we can see your final draft? It's really a shame to see all that work go to waste. I know you can post it on another website, but you're not going to find a better website for risk than this one right here. Especially with all the ideas lack has lined up.

So how about it qwert would you be willing to display your maps one more time? There were some issues last I knew, but they're not something you couldn't fix. I still think you should continue working on your maps for this website.

and i have read your thread...plenty of times, you dont put images up, so people have no way of figuring out whats been solved and what hasnt. im not going to read through 30 pages of trash...

in my view the border issue has not been solved, because i see no evidence of it being solved. you dont have a single image up in your thread.

None taken. My opinion and suggestions are made in hope that I can help a cartographer identify some areas of improvement for a map.

But like you said, if there's a good reason why the change shouldn't be made, then fair enough, I'm not going to push the issue.

I give Andy my advice regarding Final Forge and Quenching, plus any minor foundry issues and developments. Your map hasn't been discussed.
