Who gets the first move?
I can't figure it out, so is it just random? Is it different for different game types?

there is one exception to this, if there is a manual deploy AND freestyle settings, then the LAST player to drop the deploy may NOT start first. Freestyle normally allows everybody to take the first move as soon as the game starts (with the advantage to the one who joins last since he gets to see the game instantly.....)
so its random in all other cases
