Last Visited

The 'Last Visited' time on a person's profile.

The time given. Is that time in a person's local time, the sites time or my local time?

Examples: My time 12:36 PM 08.18.2013. Person's local time: 12:04 PM 08.18.2013.

Site time: 15:38 08.18.2013

Not only that time, but all of the date and times you see on the forums and games are in your local time.
