There are two games still ongoing in the first round. We currently have a 5 way tie for 17th position, and only two of those 5 will make the final cut. It looks like all of the tied personnel currently have two wins, so we'll be on to the second tie breaker.

Good news - I have privs for this tourney (and have for a week or so).

Bad news - that one game is still going on. I think its in round 21 (with a 30 round limit). I check on it often so as soon as its finished I will post the next round.

The last game in round 1 has ended! Now, before I get to revealing who is moving on - a quick bit of housekeeping. There were several games that SoundStatic was still playing when he got busted. I decided the most fair thing to do was award the point for killing Sound to the eventual winner of the game. It would not be fair in these situations to award no points. So, it goes to the winner of the game.

Now, our top 16 are:
fersum, breal and bahrain all tied for first with 12 points. dayman! and osok68 had 11, while alamojake had 9. We have a whole bunch of players with 8 points, including sharrakor, irlpears, evil semp, sparkyball, and jeremscarem. Finally, we have those with seven points, which are c.j., md212, silvertop, elonpuckhog, and beko the great.

Now we get to the people with 6 points (if you had below six points, thanks for playing, but you will not be moving on). They are general bax, evil doer, harvmax, hornet95, igotiashed, d-rock42 and magneto_acolyte. 7 players for 2 spots. Per the OP, the first tie breaker is wins - guess what, everyone had exactly 2 wins. Next tie breaker is 2nds and with 3 second place finishes are magneto, harvmax and general bax. So, we're down to three, but still only have 2 spots available. So, the third tiebreaker is rounds. Now, the OP is very vague in the description of this tiebreaker. I am going to give the final two spots to the two people whose six games lasted the longest - in this case, magneto and general bax!

So, we now have our 18 people moving on. Round 2 games will be out later this week!

You are correct. According to the OP these were supposed to be six player games, and I made them three instead. My apologies, and my fault for not reading the thread more closely. I apologize. Since most of the games have started, I'm going to keep them at three players.

We had a tie for 6th place between osok68 and md212. They had identical number of wins and 2nd place finishes, and their 3 games each took the same number of rounds to complete. So, I am making an executive decision and letting them both into the finals, making the finals 7 person games instead of 6.


Bahran, magneto_acolyte, beko the great, dayman! and evil semp are joining them in the finals. Good luck everyone

Congrats to EVIL SEMP, who dominated the finals - winning two of the three games and achieving all six kills in both of them. He scored 20 points, while md212 finished in second with 6 points.
