I feel so badly how much better my team is. It really is not fair.

Might I suggest that you and your team roll with 1 die tied behind your back to assuage your guilt over your unfair advantage. I've found that it helps ameliorate the pain so that I no longer have to stay in an intoxicated state to deal with it all. Now I can enjoy that intoxicated state as was meant to be.
