Order of install?

I set up my CC well over a year ago, maybe two or three. I had to reset my Firefox settings to remove some unwanted settings and it reset all my Conquer Club settings.

As I remember I was using GreaseMonkey, BOB, and clickable maps. Before I get started again, I have two questions:

1. Is there a special order in which I should do the installs?
2. Can anyone recommend any other add-ons that I should consider?

GreaseMonkey first. After that it shouldn't matter, as far as I know.
