Thanks Eric!!EricPhail wrote:Loving the new look

You nasty man, please leave as is.isaiah40 wrote:2 - Changed one knob to see how it would look
Better but the blue for special research could go darker.isaiah40 wrote:3 - made all the text look less "shiny"
Cannot see any difference apart from looking better. I would personally add a circle of dark red around the shiny red to give it the appearance of not being stuck on but an individual piece.isaiah40 wrote:4 - Adjusted the Doomsday Device buttons a tad bit

As in the original knob?koontz1973 wrote:You nasty man, please leave as is.isaiah40 wrote:2 - Changed one knob to see how it would look
Yes.isaiah40 wrote:As in the original knob?koontz1973 wrote:You nasty man, please leave as is.isaiah40 wrote:2 - Changed one knob to see how it would look

I was originally looking for something like that but settled on the current buttons. I will work on them a bit more, plus I will use the orginal knobs, but I will work on them as well.EricPhail wrote:If you could find some way to give the doomsday devices a mollyguard without too much difficulty that might help people seeing them as buttons
Hopefully he has, and I will have an update this weekend for sure!!-=- Tanarri -=- wrote:Oliver, how's the XML coming along? Have you had a chance to get started on it?
Expect it for the day 10. Only 3 days to it!isaiah40 wrote:Hopefully he has, and I will have an update this weekend for sure!!-=- Tanarri -=- wrote:Oliver, how's the XML coming along? Have you had a chance to get started on it?

Thanks for your comments dolomite!!dolomite13 wrote:Looking Good!
If you make open conscription +2/3 and stack that with the +1/3 for secret conscription and because the advanced require the basic you would then not need the extra text in the key. The bonus would be the same and technically there would be no reason why secret conscription couldn't occur at the same time as open conscription. After all the CIA, FBI etc can secretly recruit as can Mercenary groups all while open enlistment is going on or even a draft.
Also ... why would you ever use the doomsday device against anything but an enemy capital? if simply losing a capital eliminates you from the game? ... wouldn't "hold any homeland that matches your lab" or you are eliminated make it slightly harder to snipe someone out of the game?
Just my 13 cents worth

I expect there's going to be a lot of stacking of troops on the capital and moving them up as necessary bit by bit to the front lines. If there's a large stack on the capital, it's possible it would make more sense to bombard a pile of 1's and cripple an opponent's bonus rather than directly going after the capital right away.dolomite13 wrote:Looking Good!
